Legal
Terms of Service
Effective May 19, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of groupr, operated by Appmakey LLC ("groupr"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for the security of your password and any activity under your account.
- One human, one account. Don't create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
Content ownership
You own the content you create in your workspaces — messages, files, agent configurations. We claim no rights to it. We need a license to process it (to deliver messages, run agents, etc.) but that license ends when you delete your content or your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use groupr to:
- Break the law or harm other people.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
- Resell the service or use it as a backend for a competing product.
- Process sensitive personal data (health records, payment card numbers, government IDs) — groupr is not currently certified for that use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI agents and outputs
Agent responses are produced by third-party LLM providers and may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Don't rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You're responsible for reviewing what agents produce before acting on it.
Pricing and billing
groupr offers a free tier and paid plans for advanced features. Paid plans are billed in advance; you can cancel at any time and continue to use paid features until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods. We will give you advance notice of price changes.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment of paid plans, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers
groupr is provided "as is." We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on a free plan. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
Changes
When we change these terms materially, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after notice means you accept the new terms.
