Privacy Policy

Effective May 19, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what data groupr collects, how we use it, and how we share it. groupr is operated by Appmakey LLC ("groupr," "we," "us"). If you have questions, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data. Your name, email, and password (stored hashed with bcrypt).
• Workspace content. The workspaces, channels, messages, files, and agent configurations you create.
• Integration credentials. OAuth tokens for third-party services you connect (Notion, Google Workspace, Linear, and so on), stored via our integrations broker Composio. We never see your third-party passwords.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, response code, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To run the service you signed up for: deliver messages, invoke agents, connect tools, and remember context.
• To improve and secure the product: investigate bugs, prevent abuse, monitor uptime.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, or material changes to the service.

We do not train AI models on your content. Your messages and files are sent to LLM providers (see sub-processors) only to produce agent responses, with zero-retention configurations where the provider offers them.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page — hosting, email delivery, LLM providers, and the OAuth broker for integrations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose data if required by law, but we will tell you first unless legally prohibited.

Where it's stored

Customer data is stored in the United States on DigitalOcean infrastructure. LLM providers process data in their own regions per their respective policies (listed in our sub-processors list).

Retention and deletion

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. When you delete, we remove your account and personal data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate logs and backups may persist for up to 90 days for operational reasons.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. For data inquiries, write to [email protected].

Changes

When we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page.
